Default installing new injectors need help please.

Ok i just pulled my fuel rail out with the injectors and i have a few questions.
1) the new injectors are rc 310cc (SL2 310) is what they say on the side. They exchanged my 270's for the 310's (i had not installed the 270's).On the invoice it says the old injectors were SL4 270 and the new ones are SL2 310 are they the same except for flow? it also says that they are for a civic even though i have the b16a2 will they work i assume they are the same.
since the injector is shorter do i use the stock top cushion or just install the injector the way it came?
and then the botton cushion (that came with the injectors) do i just slide those over the bottom of the injector and then still use the stock cushion that is in the manifold? thanks for any help.

Use the stock ones. Remember to put some oil on 'em. Then tighten down the 3 nuts until the cushion things start to curl a little.

So the stock rubber cushion (not the o ring) slides over the injectors top so the ring and top of injector are flat. How much of the injectors top goes into the fuel rail?Sorry about not understanding very well but the directions that came with are vauge and offer no help in reguards to the rubber cushions. So if i have this rite i replace the lower cushion (came with new injectors) with the new ones and then pull the top cushion off of the stock injector and slide it on top of the new injectors. The reason it's not making to much sence is because the new injectors are shorter on top. Thanks again
