Default Need Info for turbo related parts

Im going to attemp my setup this coming week an could use some help with these question I have.

I need to lower my compression but I dont know what thickness of a HG to get. I seen that cometic has .030 .040 .051 for example. what do you think would be on the safe side with a T3 50 Trim with B16A (p30's) and ARP head Studs, and my head is milled .030?

Next question is about IC piping. I have been looking around on different sites including EBAY and I can't seem to find a IC piping kit that fits an EG and incorporates Greddy Type S BOV flang. Does anyone know of any site I might be able to find one at?
This is the best i could find: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW

What is the max (T3 50trim) psi I could run with Stock Injectors? Im planning on using hondata S200 but if there is something better out(with in same price) there please let me know

thanks for all your help with this I cant wait to "get er done"

Well after reading some more I think I have come to a conclusion of what Im going to do.

With my head already being milled .030 and witht the fact Im using arp's the .051 would be suited for my setup. .030 of the .051 would make a for the milling and bring me back to OEM and then it would be as if I was only using a .021 an that with the arp's would be more then enough for 300whp out of a T3 .50 trim.

If I'm wrong please let me know, an if anyone could answer my other 2 question I would greatly appreciate it.

.021 on an oversize ehadgasket wouldnt even give u a 10th of a point in compression decrease...good louck...tune well for safety and you will be fine.

1. use an oem headgasket
2. do you have a straight t3 50 trim or is it a t3/t4 hybrid?
3. you must upgrade injectors. stock injectors will not support the power of a boosted enigine
4. IC piping can be had from places like SPooin Performance and other fabricators on this forum

X2. Don't try to boost on your stock injectors!!!!! Piping is all over the classified forced induction forum. You should also upgrade your fuel pump.

1. The reason I wanted to use the .051 cometic was because my head is milled.030 and I need to make up the difference. If I use an oe HG with my head being milled wont my compression be to high to boost? I also already have ARP's on the block.

2. It's a straight T3 .42/.48 50 trim that I believe came off a mercedes at one point. An old friend was using it on his lude an had no problems with it.

3. I was planning on upgrading injectors but I was hoping to find direct replacements, So that there would be no splicing for a resistor box??

saturated injectors are direct plug and play for obd1 cars.

i really wouldnt worry about the compression too much, you should be fine with a good tune. not like you are going to be making crazy power with that turbo anyway

Im hoping to make around 300hp with it, "HOPING" lol. I know it's not the biggest but I hope to get the job done with it. I already have every bolt on upgrade you could do for B-series plus some

Check out TreadStonePerformance.com for your intercooler piping. I got one of their kits for my Integra and was very pleased with it. Quality!
