Cooling fan not working?

Cooling fan not working?
My eletric fan for my engine stopped working some time ago and i have it wired to a switch currently..Im about to sell my car and would love to fix it.
Ive checked the fuse, relay, and replaced the temperature sensor near the thermostat housing, and the fan works when hot wired" but not when plugged in...What else could it be???
This is in a 2000 civic sir
