ive read alot, i know everything i need to make the swap except im not sure on the wiring. From what i understand, i remove the wiring harness from the civic motor (96cx) and reinstall it on the 00 itr motor on witch i will already have removed its original wire harness? I know i will have to add or modify 4-5 wires after that. Is that correct? thanks

 

yes that is correct, there may be a couple plugs that the connectors are different because of the different obd versions between the engine hareness (obd2a) and the engine (obd2b)
