recently did the d15b7 to z6 mini me with a friend and know cant get vtec to work off the ecu
the car is 94 dx hatch, with p28 ecu .wired vtec to the ecu and still nothing
any help is aprecated

Did you ground everything, do you have any CEL's?

 

not sure if this helps but if your going from non vtec to vtec, maybe not enough oil pressure? dont engines with vtec require just a little more oil then normal....just a suggestion i sorta remember reading at one point.

Just noticed your from WV, thats two people from around these parts in a few days.....hadnt noticed that many in the 4 or 5 years ive been leeching off this site.

yeah the CEL its throwing is 22 ,pressure switch?
everything is grounded , switch was replaced several times
oil is good, all new plugs ect ,
this is the second mini me ive done and i havent had this problem before
im really stumped


I agree, i also havent seen anyone on here from WV.

 

Did you pull the oil jet out of your block?

 

fixed the problem ,short in wiring
