Default rod bearing clearances

searched and couldnt find out how to plastiguate the rod bearings...any advice...i dont see how you can do them like the main bearings where the caps come off SO hard

possibly plastiguage on the bearing thats closer to the piston than push it off that way???

Get a pair of large channel locks, you can grab the small end of the rod (carefully of coarse) and wiggle it off. I assume the rods were resized?

already looked there doesent help a bit...my prob is when i tap down on the rod to take it off the cap it squishes the plastiguage.

apply assembly lube on the rod's dowel pins that way they slip on and off easier....i had this same problem
