Default bogs when cold, low irratic idle when warm

b18c1
skunk2 intake manifold
skunk2 cam gears

just installed swap:

new spark plugs, new wires, new cap,new rotor,(new dist internals, coil and module)new fuel filter

new alternator belt
new timing belt

i set the cam gears to zero, and i have to fully advance the timing for it to gas normally when warm, still doesnt feel like the power of a gsr

when i start it up, it bogs and hesitates below 3000 rpms. when its warm it doesnt bog at all. i am not getting any CELs. before when it was warm, it wouldnt have a low idle but now it just drops and as a low idle around 250 rpms and it goes up and down and sometimes shuts off. i replaced the IACV and cleaned out the FITV but still no luck, i changed out the tps and map and still no luck. tried messing with different degrees on the cam gears but still no luck. when i unplug the iacv with the car on it shuts off but maybe thats normal. its has a stock gsr ecu. and basically a stock motor. i've tried another 02 but that seems not to be the problem. i think ive narrowed it down to either the injectors or i dont know what else

You might have a leak in the intake manifold gasket ot throttle body.Check for vaccume leaks and if you have an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, set it at 43psi.Try that and see what happens.

i got new gaskets but that didnt solve the problem , i sprayed wd40 near the intake manifold to see if it had any leaks but none ( engine will idle higher with wd40) , i decided to unplug the engine coolant temp sensor while the engine was warm and it seem to run better, i have to try it wile its cold

Have you tried messing with the idle adjustment screw?

Did you properly gap the spark plugs?

yeh i did that, at first, it wasnt do anything, so i decided to put on an adjustable fpr, it doesnt bog when cold or have a low irratic idle when its warm anymore, it just some times dips in rpm (I.E. when idling at 800 rpm after idling for a min or so it will dip to like 600 and stay for 10 sec and slowly go back up) i think its just air bubbles so i will bleed it soon
