which way does the grooves on the rod caps go?

According to the Honda and Toyota Manuals i've read, and the engines i've build, they both go to the same side.

i can even explain why is like this, since the bearings has one SIDE that supports most of the load after the compression stroke (thrust side) the other side has the mark so you can align the bearings, it doesn't matter because that side won't deal with forces as great as the other side (thrust side).
