Ok, one of my capacitor burnt up on the circuit board labled C21. does anyone know whats the function of that circuit? and if i could put a different size capacitor on there because it requires a 33 UF 35v but nobody has them, radioshack has 22uf 40 uf and other sizes but no 33UF, thanks...
I couldnt tell you the function, but have you tried looking for the right capacitor on http://www.digikey.com ?

If it doesn't replace the ecu, easy as that :-)

If you read you will notice that he cant find the same capacitor.
OP, is there a reason as to why you are trying to revive the ECU?

But a quick search on google.com yields this result

$.20 a piece. Good luck with it

thanks for the reply. but my main concern was that even though my car still runs good, idk if that circuit could mess sumthin up in the long run, but i heard that circuit is for the EVAP......
The Evap. Purge Sol. is controlled by Q31. It's common when converting from OBD2 to OBD1. If you plug the IAT sensor into the Evap. Purge plug then you will fry both the sensor and Q31 on the P28 board. How do I know? I did it less than 2 weeks ago.

Just some FYI if you didn't already know. It will cook your IAT sensor also.
This issue is common when people do swaps, intake manifold upgrades etc. I see it all the time.
The obvious way to prevent this would be to label your plugs or memorize the wire colors to each sensor etc
