You have alot to learn. There is no such thing as a P28 chipped for crome. A chipped ECU can run any program. Anyways here is the latest version of Crome:

http://crome.pgmfi.org/crome.beta.1.1.8r2.zip

You will need to get the password also I believe. You will also need to pay for the full version to do some of the stuff Uberdata does such as datalog.

Last time I checked you have to purchase Crome Pro for $149 before you can datalog. Uberdata and ECU Control are free and will allow you to datalog though.

crome pro is def worth the 150 for dataloggin....but uber works fine...it works...just doesnt have the bling blang features of crome...anyone w/ a wideband should be able to get a decent street tune....then take it to the dyno for some ignition tweaking

Cool i think il go with crome, thanks dude. ive already got a crome base map in there with boost cut at 5psi when i drove it i couldnt feel any power when in boost what a bummer. the only other prob is that i need a downpipe that will bolt on to a t25bb and an o2 bung before the cat
