Correct me if im wrong, but wouldnt running an OBD1 motor with an OBD2 ecu put you at risk of LIMP mode from all the check engine lights? Usually when people run an OBD1 motor, they run an OBD1 ecu as well. Since your car's OBD2, you need the jumper adapter.

OBD1 is a subset of OBD2 so you're bound to have issues with missing sensors that won't be found unless they are physically there and are hooked up. But if that's the case then your motor wouldn't be OBD1 anyway, so nm.

The ECU doesn't make anything redline. You may be hitting a fuel cutoff but your terminology is incorrect. A redline is an established cutoff based on the mechanical limits of the valvetrain.

ok iknow the difference between redline and fuel cut off...
redline is when the RPM needle bounces..

and fuel cut off is when its like turning ur car off while driveing.

ITS REDLINEING!!! i know it is im just asking if the CKF sensor has and thing has anything to do with it
