Well i got bored of looking at my engine with all that nasty swap writing on it so i decided to tackle the job with some high temp paint for now to clean it up abit. plus i had a small leak in the valve cover gasket
Heres what it started the day looking like

Tools Needed :
10mm Socket
Wrench
Small Extension
This is by far the the easiest job to do
All you need to do is remove the spark plug cover off the vavle cover. (four 10mm Screws) once you do that remove the four 10mm nuts in the center of the valve cover and the four around the cover itself. It may take alittle prying but it should come off fairly easy
I bought some airplane paint stripper from autozone and got to work lathering it on. Waited about 25 mins washed it off and tried it and this is what i had.

Check out the Head

After that i let it sit and dry for a couple hours and took this time to check the spark plug. The gap on 4.3.2. was good at .44 but one was .24. I corrected it and they all seemed like they were in decent shape. After that i stuck the valve cover in the over at 250 degrees F for about 16 mins. Took it out and gave it about 2-3 coats in 10 min intervals. I let it dry a couple hours more put on my gasket and put the car back togther and heres what i had

Now my question is what is this gasket that seems to be leaking
Whats it called extactly cuz i went to the autoparts store and asked for the cam seal but it didnt look like the correct piece.

and my motor mount is broken on the right side could i get the motor mount on the right side of the engine at a regular autoparts store or would it have to be a special order .... keep in mind its a B16A SIRII in a 94 EG Hatch.

Yep, cam seal! Did you ever wonder how the spark plug's gap become like that? Use a rotary tool and shave the paint off of the raised lettering for that "stock-ish" look.
Good job!

Well i didn't mention it but the one that the gap was messed up happened to be the spark plug i dropped ..... so maybe that was the cause ... nevertheless its corrected and the car is running like a champ.... and no valve cover leaks ....
Next weekends project ..... change right motor mount and the cam seals and probably gonna paint the lettering on the valve cover red but not entirely sure about that right now
