Default b16a2 ('99-00 Si into 92-95 civic) mount question...

Hi, I was wondering if I'd need to replace the mounts (rear) for the '99+ Si engine into '92-95 hatch. I'm about to do this swap for my friend and I'd just like to know. I did my c1 swap into my hatch and didn't have ne probs, but I heard the '99 Si rear mount is diff than the '94+ 'teg rear mount. Also I know I gotta change the timing-side mount, but the bolt-holes aren't str8 like the 'teg ones they're offset like the civic ones, SO would a '92-95 civic timing-side mount work in that bracket, or would I have to get a bracket/mount combo offa '94+ 'teg. Thnx -l8r

coo, but my concern is the timing side mount. in my car the b18c1's bracket is paralell, and in my friend's car his b16a bracket is offset like his civic motor, now. I'd like to know if his upper mount off of his '93 cx engine would fit the offset bracket from the b16a engine (since they're both offset), or should I get a integra bracket/mount?

PS. salbaje lemme know about that oilpan

the l-bracket that bolts to the block of the motor needs to come off a 94+ integra. the round mount that bolts to the car frame can be reused in most cases. hope that helps

it does, somewhat - I'm tryin to see if the offset stud mount (bolts to car) from the civic would work with the offset stud bracket (bolts to block) on the b16a, thatway I won't have to find a '94+ teg bracket/mount (basically I'm tryin to see if I can get away w/ using a '99 Si upper bracket (on block) and '92-95 civic upper mount (on car) - bah, I'll try it out when I do the swap for my friend
