i dont think so,i tried puttin an obd1 alternator on my db1 but it had a different plug.

because i installed a obd0 distributor on the obd1 Engine and the engine will not start properly

No it will not work. The obd0 distributor has a 16 tooth crank sensor, the obd1 and obd2 distributors have a 24 tooth crank sensor.

U sure? i put a obd1 distributor and my motor is an obd0 and it worked jus have to use an obd1 wiring harness but otherwise it stil goes in the head
