I know this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you need a new clutch its slipping
fix it fast so you dont mess up your tranny anymore
if I were you Id stop driving it until you get your clutch fixed
I have the same problem right now with my 93 del sol!
Waiting for my parts to come in
EBAY it =]
got a new exedy oe cluth, pressure plate, throwout bearing alignment tool for 90 bucks
or upgrade to stages if you prefer
change your tranny fluid if it hasnt been changed inawhile

a slipping clutch isn't going to grind man....its more than likely your syncros in your trans going out....your mainshaft isnt at the same speed as your countershaft which is making your gears grind when shifting...does it do it at all in reverse?...because if it doesnt then it is your syncros because reverse isnt synchronized
