Default Clutch or Tranny Prob???

well i have a 92 teg ls...it has 128k miles on it...anyways from time to time when i shift into second at high rpms, it'll grind a lil while going into gear...it kinda seems like the clutch isnt fully disengaging...as far as i know its the stock clutch and i know the clutch is pretty much shot to hell...other then that i never have any problems with second gear or any other gear...im pretty sure that my throw out bearing is screwd cuz when my car is idling i can hear this shushing noise with the clutch out and the noise goes away with the clutch pressed in...from what i hear thats the throw out bearing...well just wondering if its my clutch thats causing the problem or my tranny

That problem is in all tegras and it is due to your shifting. Your synchros cause it. You need to shift slower from 1st to 2nd. No doubt your clutch needs to be changed, but the grind on the upshift is common. I hear Redline gear oil will help with that.
