tranny/clutch problem???

Ok so when my cars on and I let the clutch out it makes this grinding nosie but when the clutch is in it doesn't grind and when I drive it doesn't do it in 1st and 2nd gear 3rd,4th,and5th all kinda grind when I'm driving what's the deal?

It also could be a worn out throw out bearing...
