Everything comes are pretty easy. I think the only tools you will need is a socket wrench, a 12 mm, 14 mm, and a 17 mm sockets. Only thing that you will need to be prepared for is the LCA bolts, they are a major PITA. Air tools work best for getting the lca bolts out.
Ideally you should have a spring compressor when taking the stock springs off your shocks, but not totally needed.

yeah, having spring compressors makes it safe. not having them makes it fun....because the shock shoots out from the spring, and so do all the washers. if your going that route, you can stand on the spring, and loosend the nut with an impact. you won't get hurt, but if you do it in a cluttered area, you'll spend forever looking for the hardware.
