Was the engine hot when you did the comp test? Throttle held open?

Put some oil (not much) down in the cylinders and then comp test again, If the numbers shoot up way high then you have weak rings.

Best way to see where exactly you're leaking/losing compression is by doing a leakdown test.

anything more than a 15psi difference between cylinders is usually a ring problem...leakdown test it and get back to us

before you get to carried away, you have to determine if you have a problem first and if you do, what the problem is. First off, did you do the compression test correctly? Many people forget to deactivate the fuel system so they get low numbers. Tell us EXACTLY how you performed the test and we'll go from there.
