Default compression and leakdown test results

My compression and leak down results are:
1: 170 15%
2: 165 40% w/ air from the valve cover breather/dipstick/catch can
3: 165 60% w/ bubbles from the radiator
4: 165 15%

So it looks like the head gasket is blown. And probably #2 has bad rings, but I was wondering why the compression test results on #2 isn't lower than the others?

Thanks,
Brad

What engine is this?

I would put some oil in #2 and re-check compression.

It's a b20vtec w/ je 9:1 pistons. I added oil to #2 and the compression test read 185...

Do you do 2 test when compression testing.I usually do 1 wet test and 1 dry test.
