Default 88-89 to 90-91 cluster swap?

I got a 90 CRX, but it has a 88-89 dash and cluster. The cluster is f'd up (temp guage goes crazy and fuel is stuck on full). I was reading somewhere that the 88-89 cluster wont work right in a 90 crx. What all would I need to do to get a 90 cluster in? Cluster and bezel obviously but is that it?

1. The 88-91 dashes are the same physically
2. Just need to swap cluster covers
