How to get water out of tires?
I noticed that the compressed air at a lot of gas stations sprays a bit of water along with the air. How can I get this accumulated moisture out of my tires?

If you have dual valve stems, you add nitrogen through one, and purge through the other.
If not, and there is liquid water pooled in the tire, you'll probably want to dismount it to remove it completely.
I suppose you could always get the tires up to high temp, and then deflate the to let out the now evaporated water with the hot air. No clue how well that will work.

I've never seen that, and I doubt that any moisture is accumulating in your tires.

You cannot accumulate enough moisture from a tank of compressed air to pool in your tires. End of story.
