I’ll piggyback on this. I have the same problem. I’m pretty good with cars (see build link) and I have tried everything I can think of. I have checked the bulbs, checked the grounds, and replaced the flasher relay thing. The only thing I can think of it the back light housing was missing a few bolts and would fill up with water when it would rain, I think it corroded the harness or something.
i have the same problem. get higher volt bulb. lower volt power flow more. i think cause you don't have to go threw all that.. just get higher volt bulb. i think or you guys can correct me if i'm wrong
To the OP: Check your bulbs, one is probably blown.

You should see if the harness is corroded, or burnt. It may have arced if water got in there. You may need a new harness to wire in. Also make sure to check those fuses.
