A short possibly?

Bad bulbs?

Your guess is as good as mine. Maybe someone else can shed more light.......

I clicked this thinking it was another link asking "how to make the lights blink faster", and was almost equally rewarded.

Oh well.

check the connector on the bulb socket and make sure it is not bent. I had a similar problem and it was due to a bent connector inside the socket. If it is bent just bend it back and slide the socket back into the harness.

Im OUT .....1

check the blinker fluid level. if its below "Min" that would cause the blinkers to go fast too
