so i bought a 14b turbo off this guy on dsmtrader.com
his name is Michael Knight (yes that is his real name)

that is what i've been able to find on google.

this is the story.
on jan 11th 08 i paid 135 for a mint 14b turbo shipped to me.
after a couple days i emailed him asking him if he had a tracking number or an ETA for the turbo.
on the 18th i started searching google and found his myspace page and emailed him through there.
he got back to me and said he didn't send it out yet, i asked him if i could get a refund and he said yeah, but it will take 5 days for his paypal to clear his bank acct.
so on the 25th i get ahold of him again and he said he was getting some money from his grandma and would put it in the paypal, but again it will take 5 days.
i told him to just get a money order and mail it to me with a tracking number.
i told him if i don't get a tracking number by tonight 26th i'm gonna dispute through paypal and file a charge back on my credit card i used to pay with paypal.

so here we are and no answer from him of course the banks are closed tomorrow and on monday i'm calling my bank to dispute it.
is anyone here near palmer, mi that can go to an address i found on google and kick his ***, well really i just want the money
so if someone here knows this *** clown or is on dsmtrader try to contact this ***.
i can't register on dsmtrader cause they have it turned off.
i really don't want the turbo anymore cause i'm sure it's crap, i just want the money back

anyone that gets me the money back get's $15

just wanted to bump this.
i just filed a disputed through my bank. paypal won't do ****.

 

Shitty sellers/buyers are just as bad as scammers, because at the end of it all you just want what's yours back.

By the way, paypal won't do anything? You're not disputing it correctly or something because paypal will process a dispute for any transaction.. I know this because I've been scammed through paypal where I send someone something, they tell me it's wrong or it's broken, dispute it and I am forced to pay and they keep my stuff.

paypal won't do anything cause the money is not in his paypal acct it's in his bank account.
so i filed with my bank

well i got my money back through my bank, but they took it out of my paypal account.
so now i'm -$135 in my paypal account so paypal is telling me i need to add funds
don't matter to me, i got my money back bitches
