Default Possible Scammer: Turbo R

i sent Turbo R money through paypal about 3 weeks ago, wednesday it will be 3 weeks. he told me twice that he was going to ship it out and still hasn't .

he told me that he did ship it out and i should get it today. i didn't get anything today. so i pm me and he pm's me back saying the gsr crank was sent back to him because they couldn't find my address. the shipping address that was given to him is at a postal service office, how could a shipping company not find it? i don't get mail at my house, i have to go to the postal service office to get my mail.

he said he shipped it out today and gave me a bogus tracking number when i asked him to refund my money. i checked the tracking number and its not a valid tracking number.

he was online earlier and i tried calling him, but he didn't answer his phone. i've been pretty patient considering its already going to be 3 weeks since i've sent the money. i'm tired of waiting now. it shouldn't take this long just to ship a part out.

Turbo R - just refund my money. if i don't have the money by tomorrow in my paypal account, i'm going to file a complaint and stuff through paypal against you. 3 weeks and still no part is just too long of a wait. you told me you would ship the next day after i sent you the money and i still have nothing. refund the money. sorry i had to do this, but i've been patient enough and cool about everything.

here's his last pm to me:

Thats the address i sent it to and USPS sent it back to me saying that they couldnt locate the destination. But today i went to Fedex right after i got the package and they said they would take care of it. So I sent it through fedex instead. I have a tracking number. The # is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. They said it should be there friday. If you have any problems please contact me. Im sorry for all the inconvenience.

the address i gave him is at the postal service office.... so go figure.

damn.... i hate scammers.

at least your giving him the opportunity to give you a refund instead of filing a complaint on him right away.
