how to steady my idle?
i got a 92 ls teg, the idle will not stay in one place...it fluxuates from like 700-850 rpms up and down? any ideas? i had a 91 civic si with a ls swap that had a dead steady idle, how doesnt my teg have the same?
some things you can try are checking to see if there are any vacuum leaks. check hoses for cracks, cuts ,etc.. also the pcv could have a crack in it. maybe loose bolts around the throttle body. clean the iacv screen, bleed your coolant. Some air bubbles may throw the FITV off and keep the valve open.

I have a 96 integra ls with the same problem.
although mine revs from 1100-1800 rpms. when the car is in drive it and i am stopped at a light instead of being at 800-900 rpms it is now at 1200-1300 rpms. Its just started this after i added coolant yesterday. How do i bleed air out of the system? All i did was remove the radiator cap and add like a tenth of a gallon of coolant. Seem strange that this would happen now.
