Default Critique my setup...how much boost can I run before choking?

Hey I just want some ideas of where I should start with my first turbo project. This is all going on a stock block/head JDM B16 (gen 2). I have an AEBS manifold & 65mm t/b, also installing a factory GSR oil cooler. My goal was building a turbo kit to exceed 220whp for under $1000. Price was higher priority though, and so far I'm under budget. Here's what I got to work with:

Drag cast manifold
Garrett T3/T4 .48 a/r exhaust (not water cooled)
turbonetics deltagate
Blitz bov
bar/plate fmic, core size 21x9x3
2.5" charge piping
2.5" downpipe (with w/g dump integrated)
Precision 440cc injectors

I know most recommend a .63 ex housing, but I got what I got, so...what can I do with this setup? I was thinking of running 10psi (at the i/m) and keep the stock MAP. Will this turbo croak before I hit redline? If so what should I dial it in at so I can make smooth power all the way out? Thanks. I can't really change the parts, so tuning & setup advice is what I'm after.

I would say with the setup you could hit around 220whp easily with an FMU, with hondata and a tune it would run better though. Alot more money.... you might be able to hit 300 with injectors maxed out and more boost (+3bar map). I ran out of my 675cc's at 400 hp. the turbo would prob be good for 350 at most on the stock bottom end.

Wow that much power is possible? I figured if I really cranked it up I could hit 260-270. I'm sure these 440's will only go so far, at least with the stock fpr.
I definitely will consider a 3-bar map, I guess it would be good to have it in case I want to turn it up later.
For management, I have a chipped P72 I was going to get a Phearable basemap to get started then take someplace locally to get it tuned with whatever, Crome or something. As I mentioned, budget is pretty tight. I'm really hoping to get like 250whp, just setting goals a bit lower so I won't be disappointed if I don't quite hit that.

Anyone else?
