Default 5psi of boost at idle,Then goes away sometimes but now it stays!!!!

On my 4 door EG LSV Turbo ,When I start the car up in the morning,Once in a blue moon,It would run ruff and sputter and wont go above 4,000 RPM and then on top of it when I rev it,to 4,000 rpms,It hits 10psi of boost. It doesnt do that unless I drive it but not at idle.It comes and goes away but now its stuck in boost at idle,I cant drive it.Does anyone know what causes this???Need input my brothers!!!!!

Hey man,Thanks bro,My hose to the brake booster had a hole in it and also the line to the BOV was leaking.I changed all the vacuume lines because they were all around 3 years old and the turbo heat made them brittle and made all the connections to the motor were all leaking.Problem solved.Thans bro,I never would of thought to look at the vacuume hoses.Peace,Darrell
