Hitting the 90,000 mile mark...need to upgrade the brakes
I obviously don't have alot of money to work with...that's why i'm asking this question....i need to swap out my rotors.....possibly brembo blanks....but could i possibly special order Type R spec onto my LS from brembo and then use the SPOON 4 pot calipers? (NISIN correct?) I will be fitting this under some 17" Volk TE37 with 40mm offset......?????

Fastbrakes has had the specR kit for some time now. I'd go there for upgrade ideas, good prices too.

Doubt he is doin a conversion. He stated he didnt have much money. If I were him...I would look at just new rotors, pads, fluid, and lines. The converion isnt worth it unless you already have the 5 lugs rims

I agree with ^. Get some Brembo OEM blank rotors or Powerslot slotted rotors, some nice pads (Hawk HPS, AEM, etc), possibly some stainless lines and bleed them. That alone will give you a completely different feel from stock.
