5 lug conversion
its pretty bold on, all you need is the 5lug suspension,
calipers, disks, hub, knuckles, brake lines are the same, thats pretty much it,
dont forget to bleed your brakes,
i would recommend while your at it, upgrade to stainless steel braided lines.

yes there are a lot of cars that u can use rotors/ calipers off, ex. prelude vtec, accord wagon. the legend gs dual piston caliper is also popular as it is nearly identical to NSX brakes

not really if you only use your car for daily driving, the stock brakes are adequate for dd. if you have a track car, then go ahead by all means. you should instead look into upgrading your 4 lug brakes. brembo blanks or similiar rotors( autozone, pep boys) and some good brake pads( hawk hp, aem), as well as decent tires will be your best bet if you can't afford 5 lug
