map sensor codes and 3000 rpm rev limiter
i got a 95 civic ex with a 95 dx block and a 2000 ex head on it. it has two codes for the map sensor 3 and 5 i check the computer, the wiring, the map sensor they were all good. even changed the map sensor to a 2000 ex map sensor and once it warms up it has 3000 rpm rev limiter and starts burning gas real bad please help if you know anything thanks

The MAP and TPS sensors are both 3-wire plugs that are close togather and stem from the same area on the wiring harness. They can sometimes be confused.
