Yup......on the block there is a big two number thing......I believe it is right above the engine code.
BTW, my 2000 HX had 99 on it.

On the front of the head just below the valve cover on my JDM B18C there are 4 little circles, the first tells the month, the second the year and i cant remember what the other two are for, if you look at them you should figure it out
