Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
I'm doing another chart. For anyone who owns a non-USDM engine or transmission, please send me your block stamp and serial number OR transmission code and serial number.
Also, for anyone with a JDM engine, please include VC color, and year stamp.
For those of you who are unjustifiably paranoid, the information will not leave my mailbox.
Basically, you'd be able to get the two serial numbers and look it up in my chart to determine exactly where your swap came from. It will include all markets, all 4G and 5G Prelude models, several Accord models, etc.

OK, part of the Terms of Service with Honda-Tech.com clearly states:
"You must assist Kronn with the making of his charts."

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
I don't feel like calling Jenny.
Just got off the phone with HMotorsOnline. I explained what I was doing and so he asked for an example. I said "do you have any Prelude Type-S engines in stock?" He replied with "The Type-S with or without ATTS?"
I wanted to stab him in the neck.

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
This is where the Year stamp is located (the one on the right, inside the red circle). Should be in a circle with an arrow pointing through the two digits.

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
So I've completed as much as I can without help (from my own giant list of reference data). Currently sitting at 2 different models, 10 different model years, 10 different domestic markets, over 50 different block stamps, over 100 different chassis codes, over 150 different transmissions, over 300 different trim levels, and over 700 lines long.
Didn't get any help from H-T. Thanks.

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
I appreciate it. I'm guessing you don't have the corresponding transmission. My data says engine came from an Accord SiR which was only available with an auto.

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
Last time you said it was a sir red top, the one that came with the really short geared LSD trans.

I was under the assumption from what you said there, that I had the 11:1 comp red top prelude sir 98+ motor. It's all on the other thread.
If this new info is true... That means I have a black top, 190hp, which is going to make me quite sad... Fill me in please :/

Re: Send Me Your Engine Serial Number
I heard Kronn spent 2 years in juvy for boosting cars. You can find out anything about anyone on the internet.
Would love to help and this chart will be amazing when you are done. People can find their engine origins. Thats cool. Great work man.
