Default Ls vtec isnt running good!

I just got my lsvetc swap but i feel something is wrong. It has a b16 head with b18b bottom running p72 ecu with obd1 jumper harness. Port and polished head with crower rods and springs. Bottom has itr pistons.

The major problem is its running way to lean. Im thinking it might be the ecu because i've never ran a lsvtec before so i dont know the problems. Stupid question i know but i need help. Any ideas?

Ya some people just half *** them and hope they run like ****, but mine was built by some shop here in oc that does that stuff all day. Plus its just the richness of it, it idles fine and pop vtec easy so just some kind of weird problem. Plus i dont want to slowly kill my motor by running it like this.
