Does anyone have a nipple in their hood from the tial wastegate like me? WTF, this pisses me off. How can this be fixed and prevented?

 

yeah, that tial banjo fitting looks tiite but it rubs the hood... the easy fix is to just replace it with a 90 degree hose barb fitting from earls...

 

you kidding me? I have a revhard manifold with a tial and had to cut a MASSIVE chunk of the hood support for the thing to FIT... even now with nothing left to cut around it still rubs/vibrates against the hood around turns sometimes, and definatly when I powerbrake launch... sucks, I need to get a even 90deg elbow where the flanges match up perfect, or cut the flange off the elbow I already have and re-weld it on the right way....

 

fix the nipple in the hood by asking paintless dent repair to fix.
