Default How much hp to the wheels on 15psi??

K when my car gets out of the shop it will be set up to run 15psi. Heres my setup.
Port and polished head, vavle job, polished crank, JE 9:0:1 forged pistons, eagle rods, skunk 2 intake manifold, drag gen 3 turbo kit, greddy 2.5 inch exhaust, hondata stage 2b with dsm 450's, aermotive 1:1 fuel pressure regulator. Turbo xs dual stage boost controller. Now I know that it comes down to tuning, but give me some educated guesses on how much horsepower I will have at the wheels with this setup at 15psi..

Don't even bother tuning it until you get a 3" exhaust on there. At 15psi that exhaust is gonna restict flow alot. And when you do switch, the difference will be so notable that you'll have to re-tune so just save money and wait for the 3"....just my .02

i have a custom setup with a 3" catco cat, 3" dynomax bullet for sound supression, and a 3" titanium HKS muffler. the HKS cost an assload, but you can probably get the rest of the bends and pipe for under 150 bux.

I was running 8 psi on RC 440's with fuel pressure around 42 psi and duty cycles never got above around 30-35%. I plan on running around 15 psi when I get things going again - it seems like 440's would work fine.

guess again

440s are gonna be at 100% duty all day @ 15psi - i wouldnt try it with anything under 550s and even that seems to be cutting it a little close

i was running 15psi using 755 injectors and it worked out well

15 psi with a drag 3 = over 375whp if tuned correctly

and like everyone is saying - get a 3 inch exhaust

K something I may have forgot to mention. 15 psi is the max boost this car will see, like an occasional run at the track. It is a daily driven car and will probably run at the standard 7psi with the drag kit. Wont the 450's work fine if it sees 15psi on occasion?? I am going to use the turbo xs dual stage and launch at low boost, 7psi and flip the switch and run at 13-15psi the rest of the run. LIke I said maybe two times to the track a month...

no. 450's are gonna max out around 250-300whp depending on the fuel pressure u want to run. u need at least 550's.

I'd say around 360 based on the dyno charts they have on the hondata website
