A little while back my idle when the car was warming up was a little funny, and I couldnt figure out what to do. I read on-line and it said to clean my IAC Valve or something like that so I did.. it didnt fix the problem.. any ideas?

 

Well, if the car is at running temp and the idle is fluctuating back and forth say from 1k-1.2k for instance, then your IAC valve is bad.

You can't clean and expect a broken part to be fixed. I recently cleaned my IAC and it got worse, it's old and needs to be replaced.

 

You should also check your vacuum hose

 

which hoses? and how do i check them?
