Sounds like your clutch slave or clutch master cylinder is going bad. Check the fluid level in your clutch master cylinder. Look around the master for any leaking fluid. Check the rubber clutch line for any leaks. Lastly check the slave for leakage. Pull back the boot that covers the piston and inspect it. If nothing is found. Refill bleed and check back on it from time to time. It might be a small leak/seapage.

Its and ez fix...you got this

well if its grinding its ruining your transmission, i wouldnt recommend driving it like that, try to take a look at it whenever you can.

check your mounts. if your mounts are good then its going to be the clutch...

im leaning more towards the clutch but the mounts are easy to check and could solve your problem.

I don't know why you would check you mounts, guess its not hurting anything.

That "shake" is the clutch chattering, you need to replace it and then bleed your lines.

I don't think you need a new clutch.
Sounds like it's just a leek.
If you have a leek, as the presser bleeds off it's the same as
taking your foot off the clutch slowly.
Witch would make your car stall wile sitting at a light.
