yeah i need a little help.... well my turbo finally went in my d15b7 stock motor that is in a 95 civic dx. It was running alright for like 3 days and then when i got on the highway it started to bogg alot and i had to then step on the gas alot just to make it move about 20 mph lol!!! i have to stop, turn off the engine, then wait for about 2 minutes and then turn it back on and it will reset my ecu again then off i go. But its wierd cause now its smoking between the manifold and turbo flange, can anyone please tell me what it is??? thanx
if you are not sure about what you are doing or if you are not a major turbo guy (not knowing much about turbos and what not) you need to take it to a specialist or someone who knows what they are doing..that way they can diagnose it and tell you what is wrong and how to fix it..
imo it sounds like the engines getting too much fuel and flooding out. what kind of tuning device do you have, and is it tuned yet? r u running bigger injectors?
