Default Building the Si Finally

Couple q's for ya
Im thinking about doing a complete build on my Si b16a2 of course
I was wanting some input on type of products to go with
Im talking from brand and size from pistons to injectors to turbo

First off, what are you HP/TQ goals?

How much $$ for budget do you have?

Do you have the skills to do all the work yourself, or will you have to pay a mechanic for the majority of the work?

Is this car a daily driver, a weekend road warrior, straight-up drag racer, auto-x, etc...?

Without this information, we can't really help you.

No goal for hp wise would like to get to close to 280 if possible im not to experianced with theses 4cylinders. But base wise i am ok with doing all the work myself just parts wise i am unfimillar and cost i was thinkin no more than 1,500 with out the turbo is that too low of a price or waht you think
I just drive like 5 miles a day in it and i have another car to drive while i work on it so and its a
5speed

pretty much to acheive 280 hp all u need is a turbo and yuou can leave stock internals as long as ur not gonna beat on it as much.

Yeah, you're pretty much right on the spot. 250WHP with a strong motor and good tune for your car is no problem.

low comprsion pistons fully built DH-racing head and a turbo kit full-race youll make big power for a bout 7-8 thousand for everthing installed

Je piston i assume and what kinds of kits would someone think i was looking at an edlebrock kit and a turbonetics
