Default b20T crankcase ventilation

setup is stock b20vtec without any pcv/catchcan. bnew garrett t3/t4 turbo.

-3 feed line with a restrictor, -10 oil return with a good angle.

sometimes i see oil in the compressor inlet. and turbine outlet. i'm assuming the excessively high crankcase pressure is doing this. i'm planning on putting two 1/2 fittings on the valve cover and a hose venting it on the atmosphere just pointing down. would this relieve my crankcase pressure? or do i need to tap a fitting on the back of the block?

any suggestions? just want the easiest way to do it.
