Just installed my 255 pump

Default Just installed my 255 pump

I just installed it and now my fuel pressure went from 30-32 psi to 40-42 psi. Should I buy a adustable fpr and turn it back down to 30 psi. It was tuned at 30 psi??? Seems logical but just want to double check

why were you tuning anything on a stock pump and 43-45psi is normal fuel press.

only running a d16y8, my gauge was reading at 30 psi w/ stock fuel pump.

which version of the walbro 255 do you have a LP or HP

u cant turn fuel down with an adjustable. only up.. u have to drill a hole in the regulator.. http://theoldone.com/articles/regulator/ read this.. it works ive done it

i dont understand these Walbro problems...when i put my 255 HP in, i just tossed it in and drove away to the tuner....no need to adjust pressure or anything
