It seems these would be the 2 most likely culprit for my idle bounce, as i've searched every rubber hose and haven't found a vacuum leak. im almost 100% positive its the IACV since I got CEL14 today for IACV, the problem is that theres a bolt on it seem to have been re-used and the edges/corners are smoothened to a circle almost and i can't take it out. im taking the lude in for a sales-prep mini-tune up, so they can probably do it then.. what im wondering is can i just unplug the IACV without bypassing it and leave it IACV-less? I would completely bypass it but I'd rather leave that decision to the next owner.
Is there a DIY sensor simulator for this? im pretty sure unplugging it will cause a CEL.

um if you just unplug your IACV your car will drop to like a 500rpm idle.
yeah I don't think the car would be driving to well with the valve plugged. Also it's not something like an 02 sensor that you can simulate it is an auctual valve that regulates a flow to your engine.
they are going to tell you to replace it at your mini tune up.
