Default Lumpy idle - not the normal IACV problem

Alright, went in to the dealer for a valve adjustment, got my car back a week or two ago. I've noticed now that when I'm idling at operating temperature, it just feels really lumpy and uneven. Everyone in the car can feel it, its like the engine is rocking on its mounts in an uneven kinda way - but the tach stays constant (to the naked eye), so its not like its jumping around. It is, however, idling really low, anywhere from 250-500 rpm, down almost on the little red line on the tach. (D16Y8). I tried playing with the idle screw and upped it to 750 or so, but within a day or two everything went haywire and I got a code 14 (IACV), so I turned it back to where I had it and am dealing with the low idle. Is this problem related the valve adjustment? I never noticed any of this before I took the car in, now its real obvious whenever I come to a stoplight. Can anyone shed any light on this?

well I dont think its a vacuum leak, I took some TB cleaner to the manifold yesterday and didn't notice anything
where could I find the fast idle sensor?
and if it was a TPS problem, wouldnt it happen at all throttle positions? or could it just have a "dirty" signal when at idle

alright i have the same problem too but its not constant like it used to be it was a hellish nightmare yo. Okay heres where the fast air idle thingy is you know where you put your intake onto the throttlebody. If you look below the throttlebody you see this lumpy thing just after the lip on it. The hose runs fromt he idle air control right to it and where its plugged up at youll see it. Open it up and wind the white thing back clean it out and spray it off with some wd-40 hope it helps. In my case it still does it so i have to get mine changed.

i read somewhere that tight valve adjustment can cause lumpy and hunting idle same as what i'm experiencing right now.
