ok...its a jdm b16a sirII. Theres no map sensor on the throttle body or on the firewall. I swaped it in a cx hatch. maybe the cx d15 had it on the throttle body so when that was removed so was the map sensor?? I think this is way my vtec isnt working and im thorwing code 3...

there should be a hose coming off the TB, remove that map from you cx and connect it to that hose and plug in the map sensor and you will be set. zip tie the map to the firewall. my b16a is the same way and it run perfect

take the map of your old motor, connect it to the map plug then run a vaccum hose to the brass fitting. then reset your ecu and you should be set

The 92,93 had it on the firewall. The newer ones had them on the throttlebody.

the newer b16's like the ones from the si have it on the tb. for the eg b16's its on the firewall. if you have an eg b16 with the map on the tb then the tb may have been swapped and vice versa
