CEL help please
I have a 99 civic coverted obd-1 (don't know if it matters) and I have a CEL after about 15 mins of driving. I tried getting the code thru the 2 pin plug. It came out as a blink that goes off about every 2-3 secs. I know long blinks are about 1 sec between each, but does that mean its code 0 or 1? hopefully someone can help me out with this please. thanks.

i was first thinking it might be your knock sensor but since u have a chipped p06 ecu..it eliminates the knock sensor detecting...
are all the wires connect correctly? no loose wires? the ground wires are good ?
u run the CEL check when the car is running ,right ?

Yes, because it doesn't usually come up when started only after driving awhile so I ran it as soon as it comes up. I was told either its my harness have loose connection with harness wires or my o2 sensor? does that sound right?
I reran the code once it came back on again, it was about 50+ long blinks? after so many, I decided to stop. Does the code repeat itself? Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

It sounds like code 1 for the O2 sensor.
It comes on during cruising if the ECU cannot correct the fuel trim enough to get it back into stoich or near 14.7 AFR.
Who put the bin (program) in the ecu or what bin is in it?
Most of the time those spoon, mugen, etc bins are crap and way off on the fueling, so you'd have to disable the O2 sensor in the bin cause the code only allows for so much +/- correction to get the fueling to stoich.
PM me if you want a nice bin. I have plenty from tuned N/A cars.
