Default Cyl. #4 no compression, rings or headgasket?

I just did a swap in my civic and turns out cyl 4 is reading 0 - 30 psi and is skipping when it runs. is there a way to tell whether its the headgasket or piston rings without ripping apart the motor? Theres no coolant in the oil and it doesnt seem to be smoking. There was some oil on the spark plug when i took it out, and there was oil on cyl. #3 too but that cyl. had good compression... im hoping its just the headgasket...

leakdown test will tell you where it's compromised.

Sounds more like a burned valve to me.
But you'll need a leakdown test to know.
