I picked up a turbo recently. It's a T4 Blowzilla ball bearing turbo. I had an oil restrictor laying around from another build and was planning on installing it. While installing the restrictor today I noticed what seems to be a built-in restrictor. Could this be what it is? I wouldn't need my seperate oil restrictor (fitting kind) than would I?

i could be wrong but that looks a little big if it is a restrictor..

 

That's an inverted flare fitting not a restrictor.
