Default SOHC turbo build question

finished my sohc turbo build and now i have a small problem i want an idea on..

when i take of normal and get on the gas it feels like somethings holding the car back for a second or 2 then the car pulls and goes but then in 2nd or 3rd gear at high rpm it will start to bog a little and feel like its running sluggish

in the beginning when i hit about 2psi i would get a code 3 check engine light which then i put one check valve and now its fine but im getting this problem

Now do you guys think its because my cars not tuned yet? also i got 3" downpipe into 2" exhaust pipping(yes takes a while to spool and i notice power difference)

my setup is

1.5 block
1.6 vtec head
p28 ecu
t3/t4 turbo 57 trim 63 A/R
3" downpipe into 2" exhaust
38mm tial wastegate
fmic
check valve
bov

get it tuned
If you have a p28 why are you running a check valve. Is it not chipped or something?

give us some more details on the fuel/eng management? Yeah you shouldnt need a check valve if you have it chipped your good to 11psi~

no its a virgin ecu..thats why i put a check valve

what do you think think about http://www.phearable.net/

i was planning on sending my ecu out to them and getting it chipped as well as a base tune

any experiences with them, how well would my car run, would it solve my issue, would my car be efficient and more reliable as of now thats not tuned?

BTW im going to be putting in dsm 450cc i have laying around

If you currently have no management at all, don't drive the car in boost AT ALL.
Phearable does good work. Get your ecu socketed and mapped along with a set of injectors (get the injectors or find out what injectors your going to get 1st).

I would park the car until you got the injector and ecu issue corrected

yea i dont hit boost while im driving or really get on it..i have dsm 450cc injectors i will be using

what i dont understand is how they can give me a base map without my car being there and being dynoed?

not sure how it works but if its good enough for me right now to drive to work and probely go out at night here and there thats fine with me
